Our Terms & Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using Hills Wedding Estate, you agree to these Terms & Policies in full. These terms protect both you and the estate, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for all parties involved.

2. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a formal agreement is signed.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable with advance notice and approval.
• Full payment is due by the date specified in your contract. Late payments may incur a 5% penalty fee.

3. Cancellations & Postponements

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than 60 days before your event.
• Cancellation penalties:
• 60+ days: loss of deposit
• 30–60 days: 50% of total invoice
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total invoice
• Postponements may be accommodated (subject to availability) if requested at least 60 days prior to the original date.

4. Venue Use

• Venue access is provided for the full event day as per booking confirmation.
• Decor and vendor setup must be completed within the agreed time frame.
• No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous items are allowed without written permission.
• Client is responsible for ensuring vendors follow estate policies.

5. Vendors

You may bring your own vendors, or we can recommend trusted professionals. All vendors must be approved by the estate and abide by our safety and usage rules.

6. Power & Infrastructure

Hills Wedding Estate operates on a hybrid solar and inverter system to ensure uninterrupted power. However, clients should discuss additional power requirements for high-draw equipment with management in advance.

7. Liability & Insurance

Clients assume full responsibility for damages caused by their guests or vendors. We recommend obtaining event liability insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy & Media

Photos or videos may be taken at events for marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be documented, please inform us in writing. Client information is treated confidentially and never shared without permission.

9. Updates to These Terms

These terms are reviewed regularly and may change. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of the estate after updates implies agreement with the new terms.
